• Most recent paycheck stubs from all employers.
• For military personnel, the most recent L.E.S.
• For self-employed, copy of business license, and most recent 6 months business bank statements.
• Applications must be completely filled out including all addresses with zip codes and phone numbers with area codes.
• There is a $30.00 application processing fee.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age to apply, qualify, and sign the lease.
• Applicants must have a valid social security number, visa permit, or green card in order for us to process their application.
