| All applicants must understand: a) Application fee is non-refundable b) 1st month rent, Security Deposit, and application fee must be paid by money order only. c) Must pay the 1st month rent, Security Deposit, and application fee in full before Genser Property Management LLC will hold the property for the applicant. d) If Applicant found not qualified to rent the property applied for, the security deposit will be refunded to the applicant. e) If applicant found to be qualified to rent the property applied for and decline to execute a written lease or to accept possession of the premises; applicant security deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages. f) Genser Property Management LLC is the owner agent and applicant is a customer. g) Megan’s Law: If the presence of a registered sex offender is a matter of concern to applicant, applicant understands that applicant must contact local law enforcement officials regarding obtaining such information. h) Notification: E-mail is the standard method of notification concerning the rental application. i) There is a $40.00 application processing fee. j) Lease will be execute on the move-in date |
